Some countries outside the EEC sometimes charge import duty. If you receive an invoice for import duty from your country's customs department, then it is your responsibility to pay this. Miss Discreet is not liable to pay any import duty you may be charged so if in any doubt please check with your local authorities prior to placing your order. Miss Discreet cannot be held responsible for any packages opened by Customs.
Cancellation
We comply with the UK distance trading regulations; you have the right to cancel part or whole of your order within 7 days. Please email us prior to any returns so that we know to expect it. If your parcel has already been dispatched then the parcel must be returned to us unopened within 7 days for a refund. We do not refund initial postal costs nor those incurred by you in the return of the parcel. If your parcel has been opened and contains items covered under our hygiene policy then we will not be able to issue a refund.
Damaged/faulty items
All items are inspected prior to dispatch so it is extremely unlikely that you will be sent faulty goods. In the unlikely event that you do receive a damaged/faulty item please email us first for advice, then return it within 7 days with original packaging, for a free of charge replacement and postal refund. If a replacement is not available we will refund your money including reasonable P&P costs in full. Please obtain a free certificate of posting from the post office to cover you in the event of the parcel being lost during its return.
Replacements & Refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the item/s in original condition and unworn/unwashed with original packaging and the tags still attached within 7 days and we will be happy to exchange or issue a refund. The item/s must be sent back in brand new condition free from any odours, including cigarette smoke. Please email us within 7 days of receiving your item to let us know. Shoes/boots must be returned in their brand new condition free from scratches on the soles and well packed in their original shoe/boot box, please do not attach any parcel tape directly to the box. As per the distance trading regulations, items that loose their shape i.e. hosiery or control wear cannot be exchanged/refunded. N.B. We reserve the right to impose a restocking fee of up to 10% of the order and items covered in the following hygiene policy cannot be returned:-

Hygiene Policy
Please note: This is not intended to cause any offence, but we do not refund or exchange on any of the following items for reasons of hygiene:- Adult toys/personal items, briefs, knickers, thongs, basque sets, teddys/bodystockings or other 'below waist' items, or any sets or playsuits/uniforms that include them. Items of hosiery cannot be returned once the individual packet has been opened
Adult Toys & Personal Items/Novelties
All items in the 'Adult Toys & Personal Items' section are sold as novelties only and are to be used at the buyers own risk and with the full consent of any partner(s).
All items are sold on the understanding that the buyer is of at least 18/21 years of age or the minimum age required to pass as an adult in the country in which they reside and that the buyer is aware of any laws regarding the purchase of these items in their state or county.
International customers agree that they will not hold Miss Discreet Ltd responsible for any custom seizure of items.
For health reasons, all sales of adult toy/personal items/novelties are final. Miss Discreet Ltd is not responsible for injury or miss-use of adult novelties. We urge all customers to follow safe sex guidelines and use novelties responsibly and with the full consent of their partners.

Lost In Post Items
If your item does not arrive when expected, please check with your local Royal Mail depot. Although the post person is supposed to leave a card when a delivery is attempted and no one answers the door, quite often they do not do so. Nine out of ten enquires we receive regarding a late or delayed delivery are due to this happening.
We cannot investigate any claim for "lost in post" items until 15 working days after posting (24 days for overseas customers). The Royal Mail will not enter into discussions until this amount of time has passed
If after 15 days and checking with your Royal Mail depot your order is still missing, then please email us for a lost in post claim form. Once you have completed and returned the form to us we will replace the items, subject to availability. If the items are not in stock then we will offer a refund. The replacement/refund will be within the 30 days time frame stipulated by the UK Distance Trading Regulations
