CHRISTMAS POSTING DATES 2023

The postal services that we use within the UK have given Wednesday the 20th of December as their final day for posting to guarantee an order to arrive in time for Christmas Day.   We know from previous experience that due to being overwhelmed they cannot always guarantee to deliver in time for Christmas and we have therefore taken the decision to make our last day of posting Tuesday the 19th of December to give orders the best chance of arriving in time for the big day.   Even with posting on the 19th we cannot be held responsible for orders not arriving. We will also post on Wednesday the 20th but this would have to be at your own risk and orders need to be received by 12 noon.   Our advice is to order as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment. We normally post on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday but we have been posting most days due to the Christmas rush as we are keen to get the orders despatched and on their way to you as quickly as possible.  If you are in any doubt please just get in touch.

RETIREMENT INFORMATION AS FROM WEDNESDAY 22ND NOVEMBER 2023

Many of my regular customers that I am in contact with will already know that we have been planning to retire for several months.  We feel that the time has now come and so we have reduced all our prices by a whopping 40% throughout the web store.  The price displayed for each item is NOT the price you will pay.   The discount will automatically be shown at the check out stage where you can see the total to be paid.

We did intend to carry on a little longer but our plans have been brought forward due to payment card changes made by our web store hosting company and so we decided to tie this in with Black Friday but will be an ongoing discount.

From the end of November this year customers who have a PayPal account can continue to pay as normal by placing their order through the web store.    Customers without a PayPal account will only be able to purchase by ringing me on 01254 235583 during office hours so that I can take a credit/debit card payment manually over the phone (just as many of you already prefer to do and have done for many years.) 

We do now only have a very limited amount of stock and unfortunately we do not have the full range of styles, sizes or colours that we have had in the past so please accept our apologies for that.   There are still some bargains though but once they are gone, they really are gone and we will not be able to replace.  If anyone would like further information, please do not hesitate to contact me before placing an order through the web store.

Thank you for the best wishes we have received this past few days - they are very much appreciated.  We will be here for another few weeks and certainly until after Christmas but our stocks are dwindling fast.
