All orders placed are confirmed by email which will also contain your invoice.
Your payment is also confirmed by email.
Your PayPal or Credit Card statement will show the transaction billed to C J Leeming.
Dispatch of goods is confirmed by separate email on the day of shipping.
With the exception of the above confirmation emails which are compulsory under UK law, we will never contact you unless we have a problem with your order.  This is usually only necessary in the event of you filling out your shipping address incorrectly.
We will of course reply to any emails sent to us from you.

Shipping Privacy - All Our Items Are Dispatched Discreetly As Standard

Lingerie & hosiery - Is wrapped in tissue paper prior to being shipped in bubble envelopes (Jiffy type bags).
Bulky orders may also be placed in a large PVC mailing sack after being wrapped as above.
There will be no company logo or any mention of Miss Discreet or the contents of the package.
A small return address label will be on all shipments to help with the return of any undeliverable parcels.  This label will not contain any reference to Miss Discreet or the contents of the parcel.

General Privacy

All your personal information is treated as strictly confidential and kept on a secure server.
We do not and never will, pass any of your personal information on to any 3rd  party whatsoever, unless compelled to do so by UK law.
We fully comply with all current applicable UK Data Protection and consumer legislation.

Details Collected from You

When you shop with us, you will be asked to input your personal contact/shipping details and a password.
These details are stored securely for your convenience in order to simplify any future purchases you may wish to make.
We use a secure shopping cart provider, your credit card details are not stored on our website and we do not have any access to any credit card details other than those given to us during a telephone order.
Any information collected from you is only used for the following purposes:-
